Two openings on one handle: it tilts inward at the head for secure ventilation, or swings fully inward on the side hinge for cleaning and wide-open airflow. Certified in both Summit regions. Also built in Horizon on a double-glazed 90 Series profile. The screen is black stainless mesh and opens inward with the sash; not offered in Ascent.

Horizon and Ascent figures are manufacturer whole-window values and carry no NFRC listing. Summit is NFRC certified and its certification numbers are issued with the quotation. Product-specific U-factor and SHGC vary by opening size and glazing option — see the individual data sheets.
Features other importers charge as upgrades. We ship them on every unit, in every tier, because they're what makes a window a window — not because they're a differentiator.
Every lite tempered — inside and out. No annealed-glass surprises on the safety-glazing walk-through.
Argon-filled, Low-E insulating glass on every unit, with glass thickness set by the pane area.
Low-E on every opening, keeping solar gain low in Texas heat.
Black warm-edge spacer standard on Summit — no visible aluminum bar, no bright edge in the reveal.
CMECH or Roto multi-point hardware on all operables. Cast handles standard, with optional solid marine-grade 316 stainless steel.
Custom sizing and shapes to the millimeter — including opening geometry other importers can't or won't build.
Choose the fin setback that matches the wall assembly. 7/8", 1", and 1-3/8" setbacks available.
AkzoNobel Interpon AAMA 2604 powder coat as standard. AAMA 2605 and dual-color frames available at additional charge. Field-touch-up compatible — critical for jobsite repair.
A cross-section of installed work across Texas Hill Country custom homes and infill builds. Full portfolio in the Projects section.
